Covid-19 update

Masks are optional and not mandatory in healthcare settings as per SA Health guidelines.

However if you are unwell with respiratory symptoms or a close contact in the last 7 days, please cancel your face-to-face appointment and book a Telehealth appointment. You may do so via our website, by downloading Automed app or by calling our reception.

If you require a face-to-face appointment and you have COVID-19 symptoms or you are a close contact, you may book into one of the respiratory clinics.

Please be kind – our staff are doing their best to keep you and other patients safe, and we appreciate your help and understanding in minimising the risk of COVID-19.

When you phone to make an appointment, our staff will ask you questions before deciding if you can have a face to face consult or if you will need a phone consult first. All phone and video consults incur normal fees. However as per medicare rules only patients that have been seen face to face in the last 12 months are eligible for medicare funded telehealth consults. If you do not meet this criteria, we can provide a privately charged consultation.

Please refer SA Health website for further information "CLICK HERE".
